Navigating Menopause in the Workplace

Introducing my new book: 'The Silent Influence: Navigating Menopause in the Workplace'. A powerful and deeply relatable guide for women, balancing the often-overlooked challenges of menopause with the demands of careers. This timely and vital book gives voice to what many experience in silence and offers practical, empowering ways to take back control.

If you are struggling with unmanageable menopause symptoms at work, I've written a book on this and I also support clients 1-1

Support for Menopause in the Workplace

Drawing on lived experience and hundreds of honest conversations with women across the UK, the book explores the real impact of menopause in modern workplaces. From GP dismissals and misdiagnoses to navigating workplace stigma and discrimination, this book breaks the silence and offers a way forward. Join the growing movement to make menopause matter.

Anger & Stress Management

Helping you to recognise personal triggers and the physical, emotional and thought patterns they provoke. I use evidence-based techniques such as mindfulness exercises to increase awareness of bodily sensations, cognitive restructuring to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and increase self-regulation skills.

We’ll develop a tailored toolkit of grounding exercises, breathing techniques and assertive communication strategies, then review and refine these in each session so you can manage tension and channel anger constructively in daily life.

Workplace Wellbeing

Develop personalised strategies, such as boundary setting, time management techniques and stress reduction exercises drawn from CBT and mindfulness, to build resilience and improve emotional regulation.

Regular sessions include reviewing progress, adjusting approaches as needed, and fostering practical skills in communication and self-advocacy so you can maintain a healthier work-life balance and thrive professionally.

Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & ME Management

I fully acknowledge the very real physical and emotional toll these conditions impose. After a thorough assessment, we identify how pain, fatigue and associated stress affect your daily life and mood. We then co-create a paced, energy-management plan that blends gentle mindfulness exercises, graded activity scheduling and pacing strategies to avoid post-exertional crashes. Cognitive techniques help you challenge negative beliefs about your limitations, while relaxation and sleep-hygiene interventions aim to improve rest and reduce overall symptom severity. Throughout, we monitor progress collaboratively and adjust the plan to honour your body’s signals and build sustainable resilience.

Testimonials

We highly value your feedback regarding your sessions.

"I’m almost disappointed to have finished my sessions with Caroline! She has been so incredible, really listening to what I’m saying and suggesting specific copy strategies that align with the exact issues I was having. I have tried therapy before and was a little apprehensive, but cannot recommend Caroline highly enough. Incredibly professional and clearly an expert at what she does. My sessions with her have genuinely changed my attitude and mood and I feel so much lighter and more positive. Thank you endlessly!!" - M.P.
